CrossFit is for you. CrossFit is a program that was developed to offer a total body workout personalized for the individual. It includes the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. CrossFit has been used by police academies, champion martial artists, and hundreds of elite and professional athletes around the world; it has also reaped huge benefits for kids, soccer moms, grandparents, and anyone else who wants enhance his or her strength and endurance. Every person, regardless of age or body type, can benefit from the CrossFit experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program.

CrossFit is a high-intensity workout. After a 15 minute warm-up, there will be weight training or practicing different movements that are coach led. Then comes the workout of the day (or WOD) that usually lasts for 6 to 20 minutes with a high-intensity workout that is designed to get you the most gains possible for your exertion. Consider it the most bang for your workout buck. This means varied movements at high intensity. CrossFit combines elements of cardio/endurance, with weightlifting, gymnastics, and core training, optimizing the body’s performance and movement. A CrossFitter never really knows what to expect each time they step into the “box” (or fitness warehouse), so they never have to worry about the tedium of a routine…and they are never alone.

Finally, CrossFit is about everyone. When you step into our box, you can count on a good workout with great people. You can count on helpful coaches who scale your weight and movements to your ability, and encourage you through every lift, push, pull and jump.
